Base Classes

Designed to help you learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit.

Completion of 4 Base Classes is required prior to join all programs at CrossFit CAJIR. Base classes with teach you the foundational movements that are used in CrossFit.

Timetable

How many times per week

  • Monday 7:30pm — 8:30pm
  • Wednesday 7:30pm – 8:30pm
  • Friday 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Schedule Subject to Change

Bases classes begin at the start of each month and go for 2 weeks.
